One of the Best Employers Worldwide

In 2016 DFS has been overwhelmed by exciting news: Germany’s Best Employer, second best in Europe, and now this year’s Highlight: rank 5 worldwide. With this nomination DFS is now in the same league as Google. To qualify for the global list, a company must be one of the top employers in at least five countries – DFS is among the best employers in twelve countries. Furthermore, a company must have at least 5,000 employees and at least 40 percent of its employees must work outside the company’s home country.
