A: Daimler Financial Services is the dedicated and exclusive finance arm of Daimler AG. We do business as Mercedes-Benz Financial and Daimler Truck Financial and provide brand-specific financing for automotive and commercial vehicle dealer inventories and their retail customers.

Q: What does your selection process look like?
A: Daimler Financial Services reviews applications for qualifications and the best qualified candidates are selected for interviews. Daimler Financial Services uses behavioral-based interviewing to determine a candidate’s demonstrated experience. Human Resources or a departmental manager will generally conduct the interview and select candidates.
Q: Do you offer relocation?
A: Employees are eligible for relocation benefits if the difference in mileage from the current home to the new work location is greater than 50 miles. Additionally, if one is not currently employed, the mileage from the current home to the new work location must be greater than 50 miles to qualify for relocation benefits.
Q: What type of orientation do you offer?
A: We have an orientation program called Expectations. The program begins with a fun and informative welcome day. The orientation program lasts six months, in which you have a personal guide and intranet portal to lead you along the way.
